Melancholy of Birds in Lungs
During the last weeks,
I stopped hiding under the orchidtree and left the burning hometown behind
to continue working on several new music and film projects.
In the course of our third voyage to Ireland, we shot the music video of Orchidtree
and also scenes for the song Francis Bitter,
which has been finally completed a few days ago.
In addition, I'd like to present you the two brand new publications
We Were Hundreds and The Ravines EP.
Both EPs serve as a foretaste of the next album, which will be finished this summer.
In honour of this occasion,
I will be playing at KaufBar in Brunswick, on friday, 21st of june at 8 pm.
With the smell of snow in the air
Ladies and gentlemen!
The album Hometownorchidtree is available now.
Here you will get the collection of bright days, journeys and sleepless nights:

I also proudly announce the last dates of my Brunswick Tour:

Saturday 9th february, Nexus
(Digital) ice all over the town
I grasped that also the autumn seems to be over now, the sun won't warm again this year,
the leaves are fallen down, the birds and (where) all the colours are gone.
What a wonderful atmosphere to give you an insight of my current projects and also let you know the most important news for the next weeks. I want to introduce some new musical outcomes:
The Welcome-EP and Digital Ice.
The Welcome-EP is a demo collection of the Violet Hall which will be finished in the early times of 2013.
It is to be seen as a special view inside my work, the recordings aren't perfect but they are
more personal and "real" than a studio version could ever be.
Digital Ice will also be finished in the next months, in this case, it's your task to find the right words.
The momentary fruits of these two projects you will find in the music section.
My album Hometownorchidtree will be released in january 2013.
My first concert in the next year will be on Friday, 11th january at Micky & Molly.
The second one will be on saturday 12th january at Braunschweiger Bier Box.
The third one will be on friday 25th january at Riptide.
Enjoy the pre-Christmas world!
The Hometown is full of homeless lights.
Dreamers, fighters and philosophers!
The last weeks I spent my time with organizing my move to Brunswick,
traveling through the south of France, and working on songs and film projects.
